Crispy fish is incredible…fry it in coconut oil and it takes it to a whole other level. I’ve served it with lasos zonyon, a Seychellois zingy sauce to cut through the richness. It honestly doesn’t get better.

Bouyon Bred Kreson
The OG. The reason I am all about brothy rice. Bouyon bred (especially kreson). You can’t get more comforting than brothy watercress ladled over fresh rice. It’s cheap, quick and perfect.
